All orders are subject to our 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped.
Royal Mail 48: (Second class UK mainland) Aimed to be delivered in Two to Three working days excluding Sundays and Bank / Public Holidays from dispatch date. £3.12
Royal Mail 24: (First class UK mainland) Aimed to be delivered in One to Two working days excluding Sundays and Bank / Public Holidays from dispatch date. £4.00

When will your order arrive?
Royal Mail aims to make deliveries every day, Monday to Saturday.
They don't usually deliver on bank, public and local holidays. Details of Public and local Holidays can be found HERE :
Royal Mail deliveries are scheduled to be completed :
- Addresses in urban areas - by 3 pm
- Addresses in rural areas - by 4 pm (subject to exceptions for remote areas with limited transport infrastructures such as the Highlands and Islands)
Changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions and operating issues mean that sometimes your delivery may be arriving later in the day.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Despite best efforts some services may be disrupted during these challenging times, The delivery time scales provided on our website are estimated and guidelines only, Ethic Box shall not be liable for compensation in failure to deliver within advised timescale.
If you haven't received your order within our advised time scales, please check for Royal Mail service issues in your area ( Royal Mail - Service Issues ) and reach out to us at admin@ethicbox.com quoting your order number and we will be happy to look into where your order is and advise on a case by case basis.
